Chill Boys is located in Minnesota, where we have our warehouse, customer service, product development, marketing and order fulfillment operations.  Our products are manufactured in China, closest to the source of our organically grown bamboo fabric.

Chill Boys bamboo is sourced from 100% organically grown and certified bamboo viscose. Our bamboo is grown in China without the use of pesticides.

WHAT SIZES DO YOUR BOXERS AND BOXER BRIEFS COME IN?

Most colors and styles are offered in sizes small through 2XL.  We offer several colors and styles of our bamboo and performance boxers in size 3XL.  We will continue to expand our size offerings in the future.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART AVAILABLE?

Yes. Our size chart is available here: https://www.chillboys.com/pages/size-chart. It includes the waist-range table, and each product page also has a size selector. Most colors and styles are offered in Small through 2XL; 3XL is available on select styles and colors.

DO YOUR MEN'S BOXERS HAVE A POUCH FOR THE BOYS?

Great question! Chill Boys Boxers are currently offered in four different styles. Our Soft Stretch Performance Boxer Briefs and the Bamboo Boxer Briefs both offer a pouch for added support.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT STYLE OF BOXERS?

Chill Boys Bamboo Boxers are a relaxed fit and made using super soft and cool bamboo viscose fabric with a blend of Spandex for extra stretch.

Chill Boys Performance Boxers are a relaxed fit and made using a quick drying micro-mesh, breathable fabric with a blend of Spandex for extra stretch.   

Chill Boys Performance Boxer Briefs are an athletic fit brief with a support pouch.  They are made using a quick drying micro-mesh, breathable fabric with a blend of Spandex for extra stretch.

Soft Bamboo Boxer Briefs with Anti-Chafing Glide Zone use butter-soft bamboo fabric in a snug athletic fit. A vented micro-mesh Glide Zone in the groin/thigh area is designed for no-friction, no-chafe comfort.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHILL BOYS PERFORMANCE FABRIC AND THE BAMBOO FABRIC?

Bamboo Boxers & briefs are our top selling style. Our bamboo viscose fabric is very light and super soft.  Our bamboo boxers are offered in the relaxed fit (classic style) and also boxer briefs. The fabric will feel closer to cotton, but is much softer and cooler than cotton.

Performance boxers & briefs use our unique blend of Micro-Mesh Polyamide/Nylon and Spandex. This fabric is also very soft and cool with micro perforations for added breathability.  The fabric feel is more like high performance golf shirts or yoga pants. This fabric is available with our Performance Boxers, Trunks and our Limited Edition / Print Collection Boxer Briefs.

IS THERE A TAG ON YOUR UNDERWEAR?

No, Chill Boys boxers are all tag-less. The fabric information and care instructions are applied using a flexible heat transfer application, so you will not feel a tag and there is no tag to remove.

HOW SHOULD MEN'S BOXERS FIT?

Traditional men's boxers should fit securely at the waist, but have a relaxed or loose fit through the seat and thighs.

Boxer briefs should be snug fitting, but not so tight that they would restrict movement. Boxer briefs will fit snug throughout the seat and thighs.

DO YOUR BOXERS HAVE FLY OPENING?

Yes, all styles of Chill Boys underwear have a convenient, easy access fly. An escape plan is essential :)

Our bamboo boxers and performance boxers have a button fly. Our bamboo boxer briefs, performance boxer briefs and long underwear have a traditional side opening fly.

On Chill Boys, trunks are the shorter Soft Stretch / Performance Trunks cut in micro-mesh performance fabric. Boxer briefs are the longer, approximately 7.5-inch snug styles, including Soft Bamboo Boxer Briefs with Anti-Chafing Glide Zone and Performance / Limited Edition Print Boxer Briefs. WHAT IS BAMBOO VISCOSE FABRIC?

Bamboo viscose is a soft textile made from bamboo pulp spun into viscose fiber. Chill Boys uses organically grown bamboo viscose fiber. That refers to fiber sourcing, not an “organic garment” claim. Our bamboo garments are manufactured in China near the fiber source, with design in St. Paul and warehouse, customer service, and fulfillment in Minnesota.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF BAMBOO VISCOSE APPAREL?

Soft, cool bamboo viscose feels closer to cotton but is cooler and softer than cotton, with stretch from spandex blends in our styles. It is made for everyday comfort — hangouts, travel, and Minnesota weather swings. Chill Boys uses organically grown bamboo fiber, and our bamboo garments are manufactured in China near the fiber source. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BAMBOO CLOTHING?

While bamboo is a strong and durable fabric, it also offers unique properties and should be cared for gently, as an investment in your comfort.  For best results, we recommend washing in cold or warm water and using low or no heat for drying and avoid using bleach.  You can also line dry bamboo clothing with great results.

IS BAMBOO CLOTHING ANTI-MICROBIAL?

We don’t make medical or antimicrobial claims about our garments. Shoppers choose our bamboo styles for soft, cool comfort and fit — cooler and softer than cotton.

WHERE DOES BAMBOO GROW?

There are over 1,000 species of bamboo growing throughout the world. You can find wild bamboo growing in Central America, South America, South Africa, India, East Asia, Japan and the north of Australia. Globally, bamboo covers approximately 49 million acres of the world’s surface.

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Washing instructions for all boxers, socks, long underwear and T-shirts are: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach, do not iron
